Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - Sept. 16

Our 5/6ME students have the opportunity to grow their math understanding this year by using an online program called "KnowledgeHook".  Students will login using the class code and their @gssdschools.ca account.  Some information was sent home today with login details - including a unique "parent code".  Check it out!

Also, an important "Student Contact Information" sheet was sent home today.  Please read through it and update any information that is required.  Please return the form by Friday, Sept. 18.

Reminders:
- Please ensure that students are bringing their own water bottle and hand-sanitizer (if possible) to school each day.  THANKS!
