Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Sept. 15

Our 5/6ME students have officially started into most of their curriculum - Math, ELA, Science, Social, etc.  Ask your son/daughter about the "start-up"...

Reminders:
- A message from the GSSD: 

GSSD is promoting the use of EDSBY for all schools. This new platform will allow us to communicate with families from the office, from individual teachers, keep an updated parent calendar, etc. It will also mean that there is one platform across the division. As with all large tech. roll-outs, we need some time to make sure it is working properly for families. We should be able to access EDSBY in October and will make sure we send updates in advance to help our families get signed- up. Thank you for your patience and, in the meantime, feel free to email your child’s teacher, text or call the school phone, or call the office.
