The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Oct. 21

Thanks to everyone who donated to the FCC Drive Away Hunger program.  Your thoughtfulness is extremely appreciated!

Our grade 7 class is hoping to do some "pumpkin carving" next Wednesday, Oct. 28.  We ask the you bring a pumpkin to participate in the festivities...

 Ask your son/daughter about the "spine poem" activity...

Homework:
Math - Order of Operations 3.8 Activity (Thursday, Oct. 22)
Art - Caricatures (Thursday, Oct. 22)
Math - Decimals Unit Test (Friday, Oct. 23)

Reminders:
- If you are interested in volunteering at our MC Knoll school (S.C.C member, swish program, etc.), please read and return the School Community Council newsletter ASAP.
- If interested in ordering school picture, please return the order form and appropriate money by Monday, Oct. 26.  If you are unhappy with the pictures, picture retakes are scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 27.
