Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Sept. 26

Everyone looked quite impressive today for our school pictures!!

Tomorrow (Thursday, Sept. 27) is a VERY busy day, including:
* The annual Terry Fox Walk.  Please consider donating a toonie for Terry!
* Orange Shirt Day - to create an awareness of residential schools and to recognize that EVERY CHILD MATTERS!
* Famous author Sigmund Brower visiting MC Knoll to discuss the importance of reading and writing.


A variety of Scholastic book orders were sent home yesterday.  If interested in ordering, please return the appropriate form and fees by Friday, Oct. 5.  You can also order online at Scholastic Canada -  https://canadaclubs.scholastic.ca/en/home
