The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Sept. 25

It was sure nice to see a little bit of sunshine today!?!?

 A variety of Scholastic book orders were sent home today.  If interested in ordering, please return the appropriate form and fees by Friday, Oct. 5.  You can also order online at Scholastic Canada -  https://canadaclubs.scholastic.ca/en/home

 MC Knoll picture day is scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday, Sept. 26).  Don't forget to bring your SMILE!

Math - 2.8 Using Decimals (Wednesday, Sept. 26)
Math - Place Value TEST (Thursday, Sept. 27)

Reminders:
- Thursday, Sept. 27 is the annual Terry Fox Walk.  Please consider donating to this worthy cause!
- Thursday, Sept. 27 is "Orange Shirt Day" - to create an awareness of residential schools and to recognize that EVERY CHILD MATTERS!
- Famous author Sigmund Brower will be visiting MC Knoll on Thursday, Sept. 27 to discuss the importance of reading and writing.
- Please return the "Old Dutch Halloween Fundraiser" order form by Wednesday, Oct. 10.
