Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - March 6

A Mini-Basketball permission form newsletter was sent home today.  Please sign and return it by Friday, March 9.

 Yoga with Mrs. Harman will be tomorrow morning (Wednesday, March 7) at 8:10 a.m. All grades 5 and 6 students are welcome to come and try!

 The Term 2 Report Cards will be handed-out on Friday, March 16.  As a result, ALL Term 2 assignment will be due tomorrow (Wednesday, March 7).  Those students who fail to meet this deadline may receive an IE on their Term 2 Report Cards.

Reminders:
- The 2017-2018 Yearbook orders ($25.00 each) are now OVERDUE.
- A Sarcan field trip newsletter was sent home last week.  Please sign and return the form ASAP.  The trip is scheduled for Tuesday, March 13.
- There is another delicious bake sale on Friday, March 9 ($0.50 each)!
