Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - June 9

The city-wide school dance is scheduled for tonight from 7:00-10:00!  Bring your "dancing shoes"...

 Ask your son/daughter about today's Math test - Graphing on the Cartesian Plane.

 Also, ask your son/daughter about today's VERY important review booklets for the upcoming ELA and Math Final Exams (scheduled for Tuesday, June 22 and Wednesday, June 23)...

* ALL Term 3 assignments MUST be handed-in by Friday, June 17.  If students fail to meet this deadline, an incomplete assignment mark may be earned.

Homework:
Math - Cartesian Plane Drawing (Friday, June 10)
ELA - ALL "Courage" Dialogical Unit Assignments (Wednesday, June 15)
Art - Term 3 Sketchbook (x8) (Thursday, June 16)
Science - Earth's Crust Inquiry-Based Project (Friday, June 17)

Reminders:
- Last day to "sign-out" Library items is today (Friday, June 10).  ALL library materials are due back to the library next Friday, June 17.
