Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - Mar. 9

Come out and cheer on the girls basketball team today at the City Championship Tournament.  Their are games taking place at MCK and St. Mike's.

Reminders:
- Tomorrow (Wednesday, Mar. 10) is the Dairy Queen 'hot lunch' (if you pre-ordered).
- Thursday, Mar. 11 is the next early dismissal (noon).
- Report cards are handed out Friday, Mar. 12!
- Parent-teacher interviews are going to take place Wednesday, Mar. 17 and Thursday, Mar. 18. Contact the school ASAP if the appointed parent-teacher interview time is not convenient for you (a newsletter was sent home last week with the interview time).

Social - March "What in the World" (due Wednesday, Mar. 10)
CG - Where Will You Be in 10 Years (due Wednesday, Mar. 10)
LA - Sandwich Book Report (due Monday, Mar. 29)
