The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - May 10

Happy Monday!

As I said to our students this morning, hopefully your son/daughter showered you with love and kindness yesterday when celebrating "Mother's Day"!

Here are some professional 5/6ME student artwork samples - using the Norval Morrisseau "Woodland Style" as inspiration:

Math 5 - Volume Activities (Tuesday, May 11)
Math 6 - Estimating Angles (Tuesday, May 11)

Reminders:
- Our 5/6ME class will be having another "Marble Jar Celebration" on Friday, May 14 - students will be enjoying some "chalk art" and a community bike trip around Heritage Heights/Weinmaster.  For the bike trip, students MUST have a bike and helmet.  Please ensure that the bike is in "good working condition" (ie: air in tires, brakes work, etc.).  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out!  YIPPEE!
