Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Nov. 27

Thanks to everyone for all of the GREAT conversations over the passed few days during "parent-teacher-student conferences".  Mrs. Erhardt and I look forward to working with your son/daughter in the coming months - in helping them "bring out the best possible version of themselves"!

Ask your Gr. 5 son/daughter about their "Division" math test...

Please return the report card envelope (you can keep the actual report card), as well as the Term 1 "portfolio" binder. Thanks in advance!

Reminders:
- Just a reminder that our Virtual Book Fair is happening until Sunday, November 29 (https://virtualbookfairs.scholastic.ca/pages/5150975)
- A "delicious" fundraiser was sent home earlier in the week - the SCC "In Good Taste” fundraiser.  If interested, the orders are due on Wednesday, December 2.  Also, note that if you are paying by e-Transfer, our School Community Council will now accept payment via mcknollscc@gmail.com.  YUMMY!
