Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - Oct. 4

A few important items were sent home today, including:
- Boston Pizza hot lunch (due Thursday, Oct. 11...if interested)
- School Pictures (due Wednesday, Oct. 17...if interested)
- FCC Drive Away Hunger (please consider donating non-perishable food items to this worthy cause ASAP)

Health - Advertisement LAB (Friday, Oct. 5)
Art - Art Folders (Wednesday, Oct. 10)
Science - Scientist Timeline (Thursday, Oct. 11)

Reminders:
- If interested in ordering from the Scholastic Book Order, please return the appropriate form and fees by tomorrow (Friday, Oct. 5).  You can also order online at Scholastic Canada -  https://canadaclubs.scholastic.ca/en/home
- Please return the "Old Dutch Halloween Fundraiser" order form by Wednesday, Oct. 10.
