Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Nov. 9

There was some great "Rider Pride" in our building today!  GO RIDERS GO!

 Ask your Gr. 5 son/daughter about their "Multiplication Math Test".

Have a wonderful long-weekend - as there is NO SCHOOL tomorrow (Friday, Nov. 10) due to a teacher PD, as well as Monday, Nov. 13 (In-lieu of Remembrance Day).  YAHOO!

Homework:
ELA - Book Cover (OVERDUE)
Science 5 - Skeleton (OVERDUE)
Art - Term 1 Sketchbook (Wednesday, Nov. 15)
ELA - Mystery Story (Friday, Nov. 17)

Reminders:
- DQ hot lunch orders are due Tuesday, Nov. 14.  The actual hot lunch is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 24.  YUMMY!
- The “In Good Taste” fundraiser forms are due by Friday, November 17.
