Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - June 15

The Gr. 7/8 Spring Dance is going to be AWESOME...thanks to the best DJ ever!

 Mrs. Harman and Mrs. Bulitz will be showcasing a "Mental Health Coping Strategies Presentation" tomorrow (Friday, June 16) for all Gr. 7 students.

 Ask your son/daughter about the ELA and Math Final Exam Review Booklets they received today.

As the end of the school year is fast approaching, ALL Term 3 assignments and homework must be handed-in by TOMORROW (Friday, June 16).  Those students who fail to meet this expectation may receive an "Insufficient Evidence" on their report card.

Homework:
Math - 8.5 Translations and Reflections (Friday, June 16)
Science - Heat & Temperature Google Classroom Unit (Friday, June 16)
ELA - Final Exam (Thursday, June 22)
Math - Final Exam (Monday, June 26)

Reminders:
- Please return the Gr. 7 Year-End Activities Permission form and $10 fee (and optional BBQ lunch fee) by tomorrow (Friday, June 16).
- ALL library books are due back to the MC Knoll library by Monday, June 19.
