Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - May 11

Ask your son/daughter about the Math "Geometry" Test they accomplished today!

 The annual GSSD Track and Field Meet is scheduled for tomorrow (Friday, May 12) from about 9:30 - 3:30.  A beautiful day is expected - so be prepared with appropriate food, drink, clothing, sunscreen, etc.  Come on out and cheer on our athletes running, jumping, and throwing!

 The SCC are planning a "BBQ Hot Lunch" for Friday, June 2.  If interested, please return the form and appropriate fees by Thursday, May 18.

 Homework:
Math - 8.4 Angle Bisectors (OVERDUE)
Art - "Practice" Pointillism (OVERDUE)
ELA - ALL Book Club Readings/Question/Portfolio (Friday, June 9)
Science - Earth's Crust Inquiry Project (TBD)
