Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - Feb. 6

Happy Monday!

 I have set Wednesday, March 1 as the official "last day of Term 2".  As I reminded the students today, this will be the last day to hand-in any upcoming and OVERDUE Term 2 assignments.  Those students who fail to meet this deadline may earn an "IE" (Insufficient Evidence) on their Term 2 Report Card.

 Ask your son/daughter about today's Adventure Ed. - Cross-Country Skiing!

Reminders:
- An extensive package about the upcoming Asessippi Ski Trip was sent home last week.  Please return the form and any fees by Friday, Feb. 10.  The actual ski trip is schedule for Tuesday, March 7.
- There will be another delicious MC Knoll Bake Sale on Friday, Feb. 10 ($0.50/item)
