The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Jan. 18

Ask your son/daughter about today's Adventure Ed. - quinzee building!

 Also, students were introduced to their next big ELA assignment - creating their own "picture book". This assignment will be due Monday, February 13.  Ask them about it!

Homework:
ELA - Cereal Box Book Report (OVERDUE)
Math - 2.5 Subtract Integers using Number Lines (Thursday, Jan. 19)
ELA - Small Group #2 Questions/Activities (Friday, Jan. 20)
Art - Color/Blending Wheels (x4) (Friday, Jan. 20)
ELA - Picture Book (Monday, Feb. 13)

Reminders:
- The DQ lunch is set for Friday, Jan. 20.  YUMMY!
- Friday, Jan. 20 is also "Rainbow/Clash Day".
