Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Nov. 28

Happy Monday!

The "December Adventure Ed. Permission Form" is now OVERDUE.

Homework:
ELA - Everyday is Earth Day Q's and Parentheses (OVERDUE)
Health - Term 2 Goal (First Draft) (OVERDUE)
ELA - Idioms Worksheet (Tuesday, Nov. 29)
Math - Fractions Pre-Test and Ch. 2 Fractions W/S (Tuesday, Nov. 29)
Social - Natural Disasters Inquiry Project (Tuesday, Nov. 29)
ELA - Writing Folder (5-Paragraph Essay, Shape Poem, Spelling Story) (Monday, Dec. 12)

Reminders:
- Students will be enjoying wrestling on Thursday, Dec. 1 (as part of Adventure Ed.).  Students will need appropriate gym clothing/shoes.
- If interested, there will be the first ever "Guitar Club" meeting on Thursday, Dec. 1 (from 3:30-4:30).  Mr. Adams will be leading the "shredding".  No experience required to enjoy!
