Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Jan. 21

Ask your son/daughter about today's math and social studies tests they accomplished today!

Also, ask your son/daughter about how hard they worked today at the YRHS (as part of Adventure Ed.)!

Reminders:

- The annual ski/snowboard trip to Asessippi is coming - Thursday, Feb. 11 to be exact!  An extensive information package was sent home earlier this week.  Please peruse the information and return the appropriate fee and form by tomorrow (Friday, Jan. 22). 
- Tomorrow (Friday, Jan. 22) is "Rainbow Day"!
- For those students who signed-up to the MC Knoll Curling Team, the curling bonspiel will be tomorrow (Friday, Jan. 22) from about 4:00 - 8:00.

Also, our school is looking to post a picture of you and your family reading together on our school's bulletin board.  Feel free to email me a family picture or send an actual copy of the picture with your son/daughter!
