Classroom News - Jan. 13

If interested in enjoying a "Pita Pit Hot Lunch", order forms were sent home today.  The money and order form are due by Monday, Jan. 18.  YUMMY!

On the back side of the same form is some information about the upcoming MC Knoll Literacy Day on Wednesday, Jan. 27.

Homework:

Math - Subtracting using Counters Practice (Thursday, Jan. 14)
ELA - Nightboat to Freedom Q's and Activities (Friday, Jan. 15)
ELA - Book Talk (Monday, Feb. 8)

Reminders:
- For those students who signed-up to the MC Knoll Curling Team, their will be additional practices Friday, Jan. 15, and Tuesday, Jan. 19.  The actual curling bonspiel will be Friday, Jan. 22.

- Badminton season is also upon us.  Sign-up to join the MC Knoll badminton team was today, with try-outs next Monday, Jan. 18, Wednesday, Jan. 20 and Thursday, Jan. 21.  The annual City Badminton Tournament is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 3.
