Classroom News - Oct. 7

Check out the Adventure Ed. photos that I uploaded from the previous few weeks of activities - Social Games, Corn Maze, and Orienteering.  Lots of FUN!

A schedule for the MC Knoll bake sale was sent home today.  Grade 7's will be asked to bring baking for November 6.  I will remind everyone closer to the date.

Also, it is that time of the year to give to others in need - the FCC Drive Away Hunger program.  Students are encouraged to either bring non-perishable food items to school or fill-up the brown paper bag with non-perishable food items to donate to families in need.  Information, including a brown paper bag was sent home today.

Reminders:
- The Terry Fox Walk was postponed until tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 8).  As a result, we have also extended the donation period (ie: two dollars for Terry) until tomorrow as well.
- For those runners who qualified, the District Cross-Country event at Cherrydale is scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 8).
