Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Oct. 28

Pumpkin carving was AWESOME!

Homework:
ELA - Small Group Reading #2 (OVERDUE)
Social - Treaty Project (OVERDUE)
Math - 3.9/3/10 Decimals and Fractions (Thursday, Oct. 29)
ELA - PowerPoint Book Report (Monday, Nov. 16)

Reminders:
- A grade 7 and 8 invitational MC Knoll Halloween dance is scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 29) from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.  Dance tickets are being sold for $4.00 each (including your own ticket and all of your guests).
- There will be an MC Knoll Halloween parade Friday, Oct. 30 (shortly after 1:00 p.m.).  Thereafter, we will be having a Grade 7 Halloween Party.  Students are encouraged to bring "healthy snacks".
