Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - June 2

Good luck to the band students this evening at the YRHS - your last performance of the year!

 Students will need a bike and helmet, along with any tennis gear, for tomorrow's (Wednesday, June 3) Adventure Ed. class.

 Also, tomorrow (Wednesday, June 3) is the annual "Walk and Roll" day.  Students are encouraged to use active transportation to/from school.  A small pamphlet was sent home today with information.

 Lastly, the June City of Yorkton newsletter was sent home today.

* ALL term 3 assignment are due by Friday, June 19 - a mark of 0% may be earned for any assignments that are not handed-in by this date.

Reminders:
- The BBQ hot lunch forms and fees are due by tomorrow (Wednesday, June 3).  The actual lunch is scheduled for Thursday, June 11.
