Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - March 24

Happy Monday!

Term 2 report cards were handed-out last week.  Please have a discussion about this with your son/daughter and return the report card envelopes ASAP.

Homework
Science - Succession Sketch (OVERDUE)
LA - Book Club (pg's 35-42 or pg's 35-44) (OVERDUE)
Math - Intro to Measurement (Tuesday, March 25)
Art - Magazine Grid Art (Friday, March 28)
Music - Band/Musician PowerPoint (Tuesday, April 1)

Reminders
- If you have any questions or concerns about student-parent-teacher interviews, please contact the school ASAP.  The actual interviews are scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 and Thursday, March 27.
- Also scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 and Thursday, March 27, another wonderful MC Knoll Book Fair taking place.
- For the Friday, March 28 Adventure Ed. class, students will need their swimming gear.
- Friday, March 28 is the next MC Knoll Bake Sale (items are $0.25 each).
