Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - Jan. 23

Students will need apropriate "outdoor clothing" and a good "digging shovel" for tomorrow's (Thursday, Jan. 24) Adv. Ed. class.

Survivor is only 7 days away!

Homework
Math - Integers UNIT TEST (Thursday, Jan. 24)
Science - Plant Impact Activity (Monday, Jan. 28)
Math - Probability Board Game (Monday, Feb. 4)
LA - Cereal Book Report (Tuesday, Feb. 12)

Reminders
- Survivor admission forms and $30 fee are due by Friday, Jan. 25.
- There will be another MC Knoll bake sale on Friday, Jan. 25.  As always, items will be sold for $0.25 each.
- Survivor pledge forms are due by Wednesday, Jan. 30. For every $10 students fundraise, they will earn an entry to win one of many great prizes!
- Scholastic book report are due by Friday, Feb. 8.
