Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - Jan. 17

Two items were sent home today:
- Another Scholastic book order.  If interested in ordering, please return the order form and fees by Friday, Feb. 8.
- A newsletter about "Terrier Night".  If interested in attending the game on Tuesday, Jan. 22, please return the form and $10 fee by Monday, Jan. 22.

Ask your son/daughter about the last cooking/wood-shop class of the year.  Next week, students will begin either cooking or wood-shop (depending on what class they have already accomplished).

Reminders
- Survivor admission forms and $30 fee is due by Friday, Jan. 25.
- Survivor pledge forms are due by Wednesday, Jan. 30.  For every $10 students fundraise, they will earn an entry to win one of many great prizes!
