Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - Nov. 8

Ask your son/daughter about the great morning we had at the Harvest Showdown. Yahoo!

The MC Knoll Remembrance Day Service will be held tomorrow (Friday, Nov. 9) at 11:00 am. Students are encouraged to dress-up and bring any donations.

I will be out of the building tomorrow - so there will be no blog post.

Have a good afternoon off and an even better long-weekend (as there is NO SCHOOL on Monday, Nov. 12 - Remembrance Day).

Reminders
- If interested, Subway Lunch forms are due by Wednesday, Nov. 14.  The actual lunch will tak place on Wednesday, Nov. 21.
- If interested in ordering from the "Scholastic Book Orders", please return the form and fees by Friday, Nov. 23.
- "Good Taste" Fundraiser forms are due by Thursday, Nov. 29. The actual date to pick-up the orders is not until Thursday, Dec. 13.
