Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. Classroom News - Sept. 27

Tomorrow (Friday, Sept. 28) is a VERY busy day with:
- Cross-Country at Saltcoats
- Junior Concert Performance (for our younger grades)
- Terry Fox Walk
- Picture Day (wear your BEST smile!)

Tickets to tomorrow's YRHS football game titled "Friday Night Lights" were given away to students for FREE!

Homework
Math - Review of Decimals Worksheet (Friday, Sept. 28)
Art - Art Folders (Friday, Sept. 28)
LA - Writing Folder Design (Friday, Sept. 28)
LA - Sept./Oct. Writing Folder (Friday, Oct. 12)

Reminders
- Terry Fox fundraiser donations (large or small) will now be accepted until tomorrow (Friday, Sept. 28).  
- Scholastic book orders are due by Monday, Oct. 1 (if interested)
- Thursday, Oct. 11 will be "Picture Retake Day" (for those that are not able to be here tomorrow).
