Welcome to Mr. McDowell's classroom blog. I am very excited to have a classroom webpage and I hope that you will find it useful. The purpose of this blog is to provide a convenient (and reliable) communication link between students, parents, the school and Mr. McDowell. I invite you to check this blog on a daily basis as I will be posting valuable information about the classroom and the school - including daily homework assignments, important dates, classroom/school news, etc.

Classroom News - Oct. 27

Reminders:
- If you are interested in being an SRC member, create a short "letter" describing WHY you would be a good candidate. Be prepared to present this letter to the class tomorrow (Friday, Oct. 28).
- Also, if interested in the "Subway hot lunch", the form and appropriate money needs to be returned by tomorrow (Friday, Oct. 28).  The actual lunch will be Wednesday, Nov. 9.
- Students will need to bring pumpkin carving tools (and pumpkin if you would like) for Monday, Oct. 31.
- The annual MC Knoll Halloween Parade is Monday, Oct. 31 at about 1:15 p.m. in the gymnasium.
