More important Survivor information was sent home today. Please read, sign and return the necessary information by Monday, Jan. 25. The information on the handout is repeated below.

Reminders:
- Due to the nature of the Survivor events/accomodations (gallagher center rental, food, misc. supplies), all students are required to pay a $20 fee.
- Also, students are HIGHLY encouraged to raise money for the Survivor event - as it is for a great cause and demonstrates that students want to be a part of the Survivor event. Every $15 raised gives students an entry to win a quad. Forms and pledge money are due back Monday, Jan. 25.
- Ski/Snowboard forms and fees are due back by Monday, Jan. 25. The adventure is planned for Wednesday, Feb. 10.
